Consone String Quartet with Kate Bennett Wadsworth to perform string quintet arrangements of two well-known works for cello:

–Beethoven’s Sonata for Piano and Cello Op. 5 no. 1, arranged for string quintet by Beethoven’s contemporary, Ferdinand Ries (1784-1838)

–Schumann’s Cello Concerto Op. 129, in a world premiere arrangement by Kate, to be published by Bärenreiter this June

When: Friday 26 April 2024, 6:30 to 7:30. Doors open at 6pm. 
Where: The Octagon Chapel, Colegate, Norwich .
