Herewith details of September concerts at the Chapel. There are a few seats left for David Parry’s Beethoven recital on 5th September – not to be missed! – and David has kindly agreed to an additional performance  at 3pm.

Please note that the Tunnicliffe/Cole Beethoven Cello Sonatas recital has had to be brought forward to 23rd September at 7pm. If you have bought tickets for its original date on 30th you should already have been notified.

Assembly House Classical : 26 August 1pm : Daniel Piero and Clare O’Connell


On  26 August at 1pm the very exceptional violinist DANIEL PIERO with cellist Clare O’Connell will give a typically innovative programme including two of the Mystery Sonatas by the Bohemian- Austrian composer Heinrich Biber and an unusual arrangement of J S Bach’s  famous Chaconne. Pioro’s interest in finding new ways of listening to and creating sound has led to creative relationships including Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead.
