Mudge’s England : Celebrating Mudge’s 300th birthday!
The Reverend Richard Mudge has become one of our favourite baroque composers. Quintessentially English his music mixes elegance and poise with a unique quirkiness, full of delightful harmonies, good tunes and gentle humour.
This concert will also feature a cello concerto by Mudge’s contemporary, Durham based John Garth, played by popular local cellist, Kate Bennett-Wadsworth.
