About Norwich Baroque
Performing with eminent soloists from the early music world, Norwich Baroque has established a niche for itself in the cultural life of the region. In their 10th anniversary year they are performing five concerts of great contrast: Vivaldi’s ever-fresh Four Seasons, Rebels and Reverends featuring some music way ahead of its time, two masterpieces of choral writing from Bach and Handel (the great Mass in B minor and Messiah) plus their own celebration of Christmas.
Looking ahead to 2017 you can choose from an evening with acclaimed mezzo-soprano Diana Moore, another in their hugely popular Live Programme Notes series of concerts with Dr. Simon Heighes and Bach’s awe inspiring St Matthew Passion.
